Holiday home for rent

Small cottage with splendid sea view located 1 km. south of Mommark port to rent. The house is newly built in 2000 and is on 47 m2.

There are 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 fixed beds - one beds consisting of 2 beds, which may can be put together as a double - the second bedroom has bunk beds. There is also the possibility of bed, 2 extra beds in the living room.
Kitchen and living room are in a clinker with floor heating. There is a dishwasher, stove with the hood and refrigerator with small freezer. A table for 6 persons, small TV, a shower and end to small-turned partially southeast covered terrace. The house is fairly disabled.
There is the possibility to run in the car on the doorstep and park at the house.

There is also free internet (2-2 Mbit), but no PC is `

The house is located in a common area with 17 other similar houses, called Solskrænten East. There is also a common area with playground for the very young, playing and fireplace. From this area, there is decline to the beach with some 60 stair, where there are good bath and fishing conditions.
In the spring of 2007 is etaleret new bathing with suitable for children and adults.
There is also a playground west of the summer house in the middle of the 28 summer = Solskrænten West, which also may be used by Solskrænten East`s resident.

From Fynshav can participate in eendags organized fishing trips from a fiskekutter.

If you carry a dinghy, you can put it in the water around 300 m before the summer house at the driveway to the left on "Bellevue 1-20", which leads down to the beach.

If you want a very fine family beach with white sand, you can run south to Kegnæs and around 1 km before you come to Kegnæs, you must turn left, where there are signs to the "Beach" and "Kærneland". There is parking and toiletconditions playing on the beach.

There are also opportunities for beautiful cycling and walking in the scenic kuperede terrain close to forest and beach.

The whole area so inviting to children and adults can come together around common activities.

Holiday cottage, built in 2000, peacefully situated on the beautiful island of Als in the sourth-eastern part of Jutland. The cottage is one of 18 small cottages close by a large common area, and it is situated on a small property only one hundred metres from the beach.
The house has an open veranda as well a covered one - and garden furniture. The cottage has floor tiles in all the rooms and lightwooden walls and ceilings. Bathroom with a shower. In the kitchen is a washing-mashine. The kitchen is connected with the sittingroom, and there is a television with a communal aerial, dvd and digital box. We have free connection to internet(but no PCèr ). There is sleeping accommodation for four, one bedroom with 2 single beds and one bedroom with bunk beds.
The cottage is situated close to the common area where there is a playground, a playing fields and a place for bonfires. There are good possibilities for fishing from the beach.
When you rent our house it beginns saturday from 13.00 to next saturday at 11.00.

Our price depend on which week you want to rent:
Low-season: 02 - 14, 36 - 51 ( minus : 7+8+41+42 ): 200 Euro
Middle-season: 7 + 8, 12 - 25, 34 + 35, 41 + 42 : 360 Euro
High-season: 26 - 33 : 560 Euro
Electricity: 0,27 Euro pr. kwh.
Futhermore we will have a depot at 135 Euro to our security for evt. destroyed things and consumptions of electricity.
End-cleaning: 80 Euro, if you don`t want to do it by your self.

If you want to rent our little house please send a mail to us: jrta@mail.dk and note the period you want to rent. If it`s free, you shall pay us ½ of rent. It is our security, that you realy mean to rent it. When we have seen the money, we will soon send you a receipt. The last ½ of the rent + depot + evt. Endcleaning you have to send us when it is 4 weeks to the period of rent.

Please also send your bank-account number, so we can send back the not-used depot.

When we can see the rent on our account, we will give you informations about 4-numbers keybox, so you can take out the key for use.
